Hi

I am trying to do the connection pooling for the Hibernate entity manager.
As I could see there was one entry in Persistence.xml
I have configured my pool size and tested it. its working fine.

<property name="hibernate.connection.pool_size" value="10" />

Will this be efficient even in production ?
Some of our java team members say that this is not a enterprise standard
and i need to go for a third party tool to handle connection pool

Can anybody throw some light over this, I need to rollout to the production soon !!
