What are the preferred texts to study for the SCWCD exam?

Now Head first Servlets and JSP 2nd Edition is available. It is the primary resource recommended for SCWCD. Just check the local book shop. Several years ago I bought the 1st edition at ExpoGraphic and the 2nd Edition is also available there.
