Hi all,

I am a bit nervous to purchase the part 2 voucher , coz it has limits the assignment must be completed in 12 months.
Well, I am not smart but I work really hard, so question to all the geniuses,

How long do you think a not-smart-person-like-me-but-hard-working person would take to finish this assignment?

And what books do I need to get in order to help me through this stressful journey?

your advice would be highly appreciated.

thanks
Bess

Hi Bess,

In its presentation of SCEA5, Humphrey Sheil says that you will spend < 40 hours.

I've already spent something like 30-35 hours and I think that I've achieved 50%.
My project is not really complex with 4 short use case.
It is really entertaining !

If you know your Design Patterns and some UML, you won't need to study a lot.

Hope it will convince you !

seriously? that simple? can't be that easy, do we not need to even create a real program that run (you know like the devloper assignment)?

Can i just confirm - all we need to submit for the assignment are below design doc?
Class Diagram,
Component Diagram,
Deployment Diagram,
Sequence/Collaboration Diagrams and
Risk and Mitigation List

serioualy?

...and a list of assumptions.

It is not so easy...
But if you know UML and patterns and if you like architecture, the part 2 is really fun !
