two months passed

Hello everybody:
I finished my essay exam in March 27, 2009, I still haven't gotten my grade through checking CertManager.
About two weeks ago, CertDatabase still said "pending", but now the word disppeared.
Does it mean I failed?

That's weird! I send them also some emails (asking for uploading rights, asking if everything was uploaded and received ok, asking which databases i should monitor for the result,...) and I always got an answer back within 2-3 business days.

Do you send your email to the correct mailing address: [e-mail]?

I took the essay exam on 27/04/2009. I couldn't see any history in cert database util last Wendnesday(27/05/2009). The status in cert database is "Pending" now. Not sure when I can get the grade.

Hi Mura,

Sun says it takes 4 until 6 weeks to grade the assignment, so you'll have to wait a little bit more

I called them today, they said their system is down. I will call them next week

Did you look in the CertManager, because the result appears there first. My result is shown there from June 12, but in the CertDatabase there is nothing visible, because it takes some extra business days apperently to synchronize both databases.

I checked both CertManager and CertDatabase. I got an email from who2contact finally after sent them a couple of emails:

Unfortunately, technical problems have resulted in some exam results not being transferred from Prometric to our certification database, delaying several certifications, including yours. We have notified Prometric of your issue, and hope to have the problem corrected in the near future.
