Great price off of craigslist. Only $200, jsut those couple of scuff marks you can see in the picture, but everything else is real clean and nice.

For the scuff, can I just paint over it, or something that will cover it up?

Thanks

Mark

That's no desk. Where's the clutter?

I swiped all that off the desk with one motion so I could take that picture.

Put it against the wall

There is not enough length on that wall, a windows is just off on the left. plus to look out at the wall isn't nice. I got some clear coat removal from Lowes, then I am going to bring a drawer in to find a stain that matches and put that on, that should nicen those spots up.

Nice but a little to traditional for my taste. why not leave those scruff marks to give it that aged antique look?.

say is that a calculus book in the back?

I love the chair ! I am worried about the monitor's position. Looks like it could fall any minute into the dust bin. The desk is great

This photo is obviously fake! Aside from the general lack of clutter (both on the desk itself and the shelves behind it), the wastebasket is positioned on the wrong side of the desk! It's clearly a Photoshop assembly.

(I'm practicing my blog skills. )

To books in the back right are Harry Potter Book 7, then underneath it is "Java Persistence with Hibernate"

I don't like trash cans underneath the desk on the other side. The monitor would also just miss the wastebin because the trash can is not directly underneath where the desk is.

It is a new desk, the clutter hasn't gotten put in just yet. I have lots of bookshelves off to the side that has everything in it, and I finally got to empty out a box I had with my desk stuff from a job I had left 2 years ago.

Now you need a closet door to lay between the two desk bits and have a wrap around desk!

You showed up just in time for the waffles! And this tiny ad:
