can anyone help to create sample spring application in eclispe 3.4

Google for Spring IDE and install it in Eclipse.

Your problem is not Eclipse at all. Everything you need is the .jars and the knowledge to set up a Spring application. See the documentation online, there you have everything you need.

You can find few sample spring examples using eclipse in this site vaannila.com
