Which one is the correct representaion of expression in JSP document?

<%=var.next()%>

<jsp:expression> %= var.next()% <jsp:expression>

or
<jsp:expression> var.next() <jsp:expression>

<%=var.next()%> is a Normal jsp page syntax...
and
<jsp:expression>
var.next()
</jsp:expression> is jsp document syntax for expression..

Hi Greet,

you mean to say both will produce same output but one with normal expression and another with jsp document format expression.
