Hibernate CFG XML location

I have been looking at Struts2 and Hibernate3 and was wondering if someone would help witha basic Hibernate question....

Where in a JAR/WAR file would the hibernate-cfg.xml file go? I know it's in the src of your development, but when building the JAR or WAR where does it go? Is it straight in the classes folder?

If you are using the default configuration it needs to be at the root of your claspath. So if this is a web application in /WEB-INF/classes.
