fountain/waterfall that draws pictures

I found this on another site. It's a man-made waterfall that has a few hundred spigots. They turn on and off a the precise time needed to effectively draw pictures and spell words...

it's one of the coolest things i've seen in a while.

watching it again, i think there has to be some lighting effects going on as well. I don't see how they can get the 'slow falling' effect any other way...

I feel that the water is being used as a curtain to project the images. SO it's more like a lighting effect on fountain.

What part was the 'slow falling' effect? It seemed to fall at the same rate as far as I could see.

I don't think there's any lighting tricks. That's all water.

i'm not sure... around the 3:30 remaining mark, it looks like the letters are falling slower than before, but i could be wrong on that.
