Yoga, (Search Youtube for Yoga videos with tags like, "Yoga for backpain").
Take frequent small breaks during work hours, do not sit constantly in one place.
A good and relax sitting posture.

Height of your desk and chair should be such that you should feel very comfortable while working on your pc. I have gone through it.

Take a print out of the below pic and hang it in your cubicle.Believe me it helps Lumbar and Cervical disc problems.Exercise, strengthen your muscles,that way you can withstand more stress with less pain.When not using keyboard ,take off your hands from it

I think those exercises can certainly help. Thanks Smi because I have gone through back problem and still sometimes I get this pain.
