I did take sun 6 month to correct my
scjd assignment.
When I upload it I notice I had packet it wrong so I contact the sun support for make a re-upload they sad it would normally cost but they would make a exception but nothing happened I send mail who2conntact but I was getting a replay from a different person all the time with different answers.
After 3 month of mailing I contact the Swedish sun sale office they told me that it was not allow to do a re-upload and that
you should have to buy a new certification luckily I had the mail copy that sad I would get a re-upload for free so then they sad they would fix this issue.
So then two weeks passed and then I got a new mail that told me to upload my assignment then 1 month pass and nothing did happened so I contacted who2conntact they sad that I had been registered on the wrong
testing ID and that it would take 2 weeks to fix it and 4 week to correct the assignment and yesterday I got my
SCJP certification diploma.
Also last year when I did SCJWC certificate I never got the real certificate diploma luckily I had the document that I got from the testing center so the explanation I got was that had got different testing ID.
So a summary of this I think SUN certification support is one of the worst.
Maybe the reason for the mixup with the testing ID was my company fault or the testing center.
But I think is really bad is that you can’t call the support and you never get any personal excuse you only get this auto generated excuse on the mail.
