After more than 2 months of preparation, I passed the exam yesterday with 95%.
I read the Manning book twice and enthuware mock exams helped me understand the topics very well. I practiced lot of mock questions. That helped me to gain complete knowledge in the areas where I was weak.
And this forum has been very helpful and would like to thank you all for helping me pass this.
