struts layout datacolumn

hello

I am new to struts layout

I want to display a datagrid with the data represented as labels not as textboxes like a standard table not inputs

  
<layout:datagrid property="datagrid" selectionAllowed="false" multipleSelectionAllowed="false" model="datagrid" styleClass="datagrid"  >
<layout:datagridColumn title="Course Name" property="courseName" />  

but when this is displayed below "Course Name" there is an input. I want just the text to be displayed no input

can anyone help please
