I have a requirement for building an application that has a couple of JSP pages with a lot of data to be handled. Also, based on the data, i might want to generate a graph, chart etc. How do I choose the best technology to do that?
I had struts in mind to render my presentation logic. Is there anything better that I can use or can I just depend on JSP and Java to do the work for me?

Any input on this would be very helpful

Regards,
Mahua

Yes, Struts is a good option for small and mid-size application. You can integrate with JCharts and JReports to render graphs and charts.

Hi Mahua,

For reporting you can try oracle discoverer reporting it is very easy to tie up with java application.

You can get information about it from Oracle site.
