static--> Belongs to class, values can be changed as many times as you need, common for all the instances,can't be used inside methods
final --> can belong to class or instance, value should be assigned only once (during declaration or any other time but once), can be used inside methods...

Agreed. Also please Use A Meaningful Subject Line for your posts. When I read Spot the difference, I thought I would see two long codes with some difference which you can't spot ...
