tomcat binary version

Frnds, i have downloaded binary version of tomcat 6.0.13. i hav unbundled it n deployed a sample appliction in webapp folder of tht unbundled tomcat. but if i try to run tht application i am gettin application unavailabe.

one more thing frnds, i cant log into tomcat admin page of this binary distribution tomcat.

is there any other way to log into admin page and deployment of the application so tht i can successfully run my application

What is the URL you tried ? Where did you place the app ? What does the app do ?

Please use real words when you write a post. Words like "and" instead of "n" will help since not everyone can understand english slang to the fullest.

Is your Tomcat launching without any issues? Take a look at the Tomcat console during startup. Perhaps there's some exception that's occurring.

The admin app isn't part of the Tomcat binary, anymore, however. It has to be downloaded and installed separately.
