Hi,

Can one tell me about SessionEdit Pattern?

Please see the following example:

SessionBean

Servlet

I don't understand how updating entity in the servlet will update the database? how is it possible? isn't Employee a detached object?
Also, When we cache session bean instance in HttpSession, will it prevent server from destroying bean instance?

thanks,
krishan
