Hi All,
I’m currently using Hibernate-3.1.3 & Spring 1.2.8 within my war file. Every time I attempt to deploy the war to tomcat 6.0.18 I get the following error message:-

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'sessionFactory' defined in ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml]: Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/sf/hibernate/UserType

has any body seen this before

Mat

I don't get it. A whale wearing overalls? How does that even work? It's like a tiny ad wearing overalls.
