ActionsForms and Value Objects

1. What is the difference between ActionForms and Value objects
2. Can i use the data from the value objects and assign to the ActionForm member variables.

1. ActionForm is a temporary buffer from the post action that just validate data. ValueObject is a loyal representation from an table from the data source.
2. I don't think that you can do that. Makes no sense.
