So Coders is presented as Q&A interviews, one chapter per interviewee, whereas The Pragmatic Programmer (I'm assuming that's the one you mean, by Hunt and Thomas) is the authors' take on things and is organized by topic. So they're pretty different and should both be inspiring in different ways.
