Hello guys

I have a little question on the validation in JSF, I googled it but there is not much information :/

Basically I have a form, and I am doing a basic validation :

Everything is working how it should when the information are not inputed with the good values, but when all the values are good, I would like to display a message on the same page like : "Modifications applied", but I do not know how to do that :-/ I am seeing a passedLabel in the messages but how should I use that ?

Thanks for your help

I keep a special utility class for stuff like this. It allows me to keep JSF-specific code out of my backing beans, which makes it easier to test them and to use them for non-JSF purposes.

I looked at it at I did exactly like that, I created a class that will handle all the messages for my project, and It is working great !
