Which are the best books, ebooks to buy?

I have studied Head First JAVA 5.

Now I am studying in a McGraw-Hill SCJA book.

What book or ebook can I buy best to pass the SCJA exam.

- ePlanetLabs SCJA Study Guide
- JAssPlus V1 For SCJA 1.0
- Whizlabs Mock Exams
- SCJA Sun Certified Java Associate Exam Questions Guide by Cameron McKenzie Passing Exam CX-310-019 (Scja Series) by Cameron W McKenzie (Paperback - 14 Jun 2007)
- SCJA Sun Certified Java Associate Study Guide for Test CX-310-019 by Cameron W McKenzie (Paperback - 14 Jun 2007)
Or do you have other suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

Rene'

I am one of the authors of the McGraw-Hill SCJA Study Guide.

While this book has full coverage, HeadFirst Java, Cameron McKenzie 's SCJA books and UML Distilled will help ensure an excellent grade on the exam.

Sincerely,
Robert Liguori

Indeed, there are two books on the market that are focussed on covering the SCJA objectives, both Robert's and mine. Both books fully cover the exam objectives, and I've seen students have great success with both. If I'd compare the two, the only thing I'd say is that my writing style is a little more informal than Roberts, so it depends on what type of approach to technical writings your prefer.

In addition to the two SCJA study guides out there, both of which contain many sample exam questions, I also have a book dedicated exclusively to the SCJA exam questions, which is a great way to really reinforce your learning, and make sure you're ready for the exam. Regardless of which study guide you get, I really recommend the Exam Questions book as well.

For your information; on December 2009 I have passed the SCJA (84%) by using this book.
Indeed, this is a good book for the beginners to learn Java and to pass the SCJA exam.
