Sure, I got Factory Homes for part 2,

> Read, Re-Read problem statement, was only thinking about requriements and was not on solution mode for first few days, then started with Class diagrams, 80 % completed, like wise component, sequence diagrams....
> spent around 80 hours for the solution, another 10 hours for refinement...

> Gave part 3 immediately after a week from submission

Can you please share your journey to this level? Just saying "I am certified" wont help to learner. Along with the result announcement you could share your strategies/effort to achieve this. E.g. study material source, books, etc. Hope you won’t mind to share.
