Incompatible resource adapter

I configured a resource adapter (iseriespgmcall.rar) on WAS on Linux to be used by an application. When the application attempted to do a Context lookup of the adapter, it ran into CannotInstantiateObjectException exception. Checking the configuration again and again, I still could not find what went wrong. Can anyone provide a solution or an approach to solve the problem please? See exception below.
