how to set a dynamic tree through the database in struts?
I hope the jsp is clear !
i see the example of the administrator of the tomcat, i think it is static tree ,but not dynamic !then i only use the javascript!but if then, the jsp is very dim and dull, not easy to understand and debug!
so what i can i do?can anyone give me an examples or the code?
thanks a lot!

Check out the documentation for the nested form beans and the nested jstl tag. This might help you. I just skimmed the documentation long back and i think it might be useful for you.

skyspeed lfn,
Welcome to JavaRanch. We don't have many rules here, but one which we do have and that we take very seriously is our naming policy. Please change your display name in order to comply with this policy. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Sorry, but Jule Caesar is also against the policy. I've provided the link, but here is a quote:

All JavaRanch users are asked to use a real name as their display name. Obviously fictitious names may be locked out. By "real name", we mean either your own actual, personal name, or a name that at least looks like it could belong to a real person. No names of celebrities or fictional characters. No cute nicknames like "javarulz" or "Hacker King". No joke names like "Adam Baum" (atom bomb) or "Justin Case" (just in case). No names with embedded numbers or other unorthodox punctuation like "Mike505" or "John_Smith". No names of companies - just people.

If you wish to further discuss this policy, you may do so here.
And to "desi dude", check your email.
