I cant get "\nNet Pay: " + netPay(dGrossPay, dRetirement)); to display anything other than 0.0

It looks like to be the calculation that "dGrossPay" was set to be 0.0 and was never updated.

And thus in the last line, it would simply return 0.0

I figured that was what the problem is. I have tried to fix it but not sure how to get that updated.
