Firends,
I have 3 select boxes (Type,Category,SubCategory), in a JSP and all the lables abd values will from databases. Thats fine. Before coming to this JSp page, I can get the lables abd values from Database and put in a session object in the action class.
ANd the point is these three are interrelated. Means, Based on what I select in the Type selectbox, the values in Category will change and based on what I select in Category selectbox, the values in Subcategory box will change.
has anyone handled situation like this.
If so , pleae guide me on how to go about it.

As i have mentioned earlier, if you wanna avoid javascripting on the jsp page, the only other way to do it would be to submit the form and the action class that you post to should know that this is a refresh submit and that action class should load the field B on the basis of the field A value selected, you could do the same thing for field C.

Cansomebody throw some light on this ..
Sandy's suggestion is good.. But, everytime, I need to go to database and fetch the values for second and third select boxes, whenever there is a change in the first select box..
Is that adviasable??
Are there any other ways to do it..
