'Prepaired/Start Running/Active' Deployment sates on restart of server

Hi,
At my work place, we have large ears (>200 MB). When I restart the Weblogic server, Many times(not all times) these ear are going to prepared state. And I am manually running Ear (in console to make ear Active).

Is there any option in Weblogic 10.3 to make ear running (within start server)

Do you see related error messages? If not this would be a question to ask the wbelogic support team
