Create an XML code to store the information provided by user

Hello,

I want to know that how i can do this:- Create an XML Document to store the information provided by user of the following form.

As a form contain a : Present Address : text box of persent address
State : Select in combo box

city : city in combo box(according to state)

Now it's apparent that it's a question about Java programming (or at least programming in some unstated language) and XML. So I will move it to the XML forum. In the meantime you should clarify what you mean by "an XML code". Is that code which writes out data in XML format? Code which reads data in an XML format?
