error with weblogic-ejb-jar.xml, please help URGENT

I am migrating MDB to weblogic 10.3 , I am getting below error with weblogic-ejb-jar.xml.

weblogic.descriptor.DescriptorException: VALIDATION PROBLEMS WERE FOUND

found the error. validated the xml against the weblogic-ejb-jar.xsd and found the error.
the xsd is changed in weblogic10.3.

Yes that is a validation error. You can run the DDConverter tool to do the conversion for you automatically.
