I am on L1 VISA in US from company A, I got my L1 VISA valid from 28'th Nov 2007 and expiring on 27'th Nov 2010.
I came to USA in Feb 2008 just for one month. and Now I came to US on last month. My question is In case I apply for fresh H1 VISA this year then will these 3 years of L1 visa will be subtract from total 6 years of H1. I got 3 years of L1 VISA which will expire on 27 th Nov 2009 but I just stay in US for only one month and reenter after more than one year.

Please suggest me In case I go for fresh H1 Visa this year then how many years I can stay in USA?
