I am looking for a good "fully functional" trailware software for capturing Video and Audio. I am looking for adding comments while recording the video. Basically I want all this for documenting our web based application software. If there is a freeware that fits my requirements then it is great but also a fully-functional trailware will do for time being.

Can you please suggest.

trailware -> trialware

Sorry, I don't have any additional info for you - I know nothing about this topic. I'm just saying that your Google searches may be more effective if you spell things more carefully.

Sorry for the confusion. I mean trailware instead of trailware.

Why "trial" rather than open source? I much prefer free to free for a week or two.
