i just downloaded struts and was wondering what tools/ide's i can use to edit my struts pages/applications...
is there an eclipse and struts plugin???

Hi Ronald,
Take a look at the Struts Console software I created. It provides a nice interface to working with Struts configuration files and plugs into all of the major IDEs including Eclipse.
