Could somoene explain the following: 1) How do we used struts declaritive exception handling? 2) GenericValidation should be used instead fo StringUtils? I don't understand, could somoene explain in more detail. Thanks in advance.
Also, how can we throw exceptions from the action methods and have an exception handler declared in the struts-config.xml to handle runtime exceptions as well as those thrown by the action?
