Hi,
I am using struts templates. Say I have a header, content and footer templates.
At runtime I would like to pick up a .doc (based on a param) and display within the content area. Is this possible?
I am looking to display the doc as we would using HTML frames.

Remember, templates are exactly that: a template.
To vary content, pass the parameter to a different .jsp file that inserts the template (through the template:insert tag) and passes the values to the template.
The .jsp file can do whatever it wants with parameters before it's used by the template tags.

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
