have not received my certificate yet, what should i do?

I passed the scwcd exam 12th Dec last month,

it has been almost a month, i checked the certificate database "history",

there is no any record of mailling history.

I emailed who2contact@sun.com, but received no reply.

guys, please tell me what should i do now?

You can ask prometric center where you had taken exam.
