Hello,

How can i set the version to auto-increment ? NetBeans says to use ${deployment.number} but i have no ideea what that means

I've also tried the other way, modifying build.xml with

but nothing happens. Please help.

I found out, it's actually pretty simple in Netbeans:

Properties on your project -> General -> Check "Automated Application Version Incrementation"
Properties on your project -> Application Descriptor -> Set MIDlet Version to ${deployment.number}

You have to build your application for the version to increment, just running it won't do.
