Is it possible to remove struts from an application after it is enabled/converted from a Non-Struts Application. How does this work with popular OO CASE tools like Rational Rose and Together.

Sure it's possible -- the same way Struts was put in in the first place
Could you explain a bit more about why you want to do this and how would you like to do it?

The requirement is virtual. If a project is enabled with Struts and we make a lot of investment in the based on that and later decide for some political or business reason that we no longer want/could not use it.
Now How do i remove it so that it is not depended on Struts Lib.
