I am basically a Java programmer. I have worked on manual testing for a period of 1 year. when I apply for a job, I am being asked what is the framework you have followed. At the place I worked they were not following any framework. If I look in google everything I get are for automated testing. Could anyone please suggest me a framework.

Framework for what? Testing? JUnit or TestNG are two good ones.
