Question related to s:doubleselect

hi everyone
i've tried to doubleselect two different columns on the same table but don't work

the first drop down menu displays ok but the second doesn't work
could somebody help me to resolve

I'm not sure if you'd be able to isolate a form input tag without a surrounding form tag like you've done in the fragment there, nor do I think it's a good idea to use the action tag in this manner--there are some tricky issues with the action tag that aren't worth dealing with.

Can't you just move that code and the tag into the higher-level page?
