Hello friends i want to write an IP scan program in java,that can scan IP's in network. i want this code to execute at boot time machine gets booted..can any one help me out...were to put this code and how ....i trying to put it in linux kernel....

Why do you want to write it on your own? Why not using an existing one? Why should it start during boot time? Why do you want to put into the linux kernel? You know that the linux kernel is not written in Java? What do you want to achieve? A bit more information could be helpful.
