I have the following so far in my ApplicationResources.properties file
tourmiles.tourDateEntry.form.editColumnLink=<a href="/TourMiles/execute/editDateEntrySetup">Edit </a>
Now this edit link is actually going to be on all the rows in a table of Records. So I want the link to know which row it is on, this can be done with passing a parameter from the VO object, that correlates to the index in an ArrayList.
So I was thinking that in the above entry to make it look like this. But not sure if that is correct or if there is another way.
tourmiles.tourDateEntry.form.editColumnLink=<a href="/TourMiles/execute/editDateEntrySetup?rowID={0}">Edit </a>
So the table looks like this

Thanks for the help. Also note, the mileages above are not correct, they are just for display purposes.

I prefer to leave HTML markup out of the properties files as much as possible. If you decide to use a CSS later on and want to add a style to your tag, it's more likely that the markup in the properties file will get missed than if it were left in the JSP. YMMV.

Besides, you should really be using the html:link tag to generate the href anyways...

Even using the html:link tag, how do I pass the ID from the row that was selected?
Thanks
