I am validating an XML file against a schema, I want to give the schema location in the XML file rather than giving it as an argument to the program

But when I am giving the schema location in the XML file I am getting the following error

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Document is invalid: no grammar found.

Here is the line which I included in the XML file for mentioning the Schema location

xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="file://c:/Schemas/OracleCatalog.xsd"

Can anyone please help me in finding a solution for this problem?

Thanks in advance
