Host is unresolved: www.google.com:80

I had tried one application to getting data from web. But when I run that application I get exception as

  Host is unresolved: www.google.com:80   

my code is as follows

I also added permission for internet in manifest

Can you open the link in emulator browser? Are you sitting behind a firewall and using a proxy? If yes, have you configured emulator with required proxy settings?
