I am new to webservices and i started following WebServices. But i am facing problem when i use the following command

Its giving me the following error

I placed axis.jar, wsdl4j-1.5.1.jar in classpath.
Can anyone suggest me some solution. Also please let me know the best place to start learning webservices i.e any web links or free ebooks to read.
Thanks

You need to add the jaxrpc.jar to the classpath.

Axis consists of dozens of jar files; you can't just leave out some of them and expect things to still work.

Check out the Web Services FAQ. You should find some useful links in it.
