Every job has its pressure. With admin, if the server crashes you will be asked to investigate and that has more stringent deadlines. You will probably be grumbling about programmers who caused StackOverFlow and OutOfMemory Errors then
Give light administration a try first before investing heavily on it.
I doubt if anyone here can answer question 1. But there is a WL admin certification and a forum here that talks about how to earn it. You can check that out

After reading forums my understanding is that weblogic is more ahead and requires less time to configure. So to learn weblogic where i can get training material and coaching for it in mumabi or pune?
Do companies considered me as a weblogic administrator if i do any international certification for it?
