Both are widely used servers... Refer this discussion.

Google for training institutes in Mumbai, I'm sure there would be many.

Every job has its pressure. With admin, if the server crashes you will be asked to investigate and that has more stringent deadlines. You will probably be grumbling about programmers who caused StackOverFlow and OutOfMemory Errors then

Give light administration a try first before investing heavily on it.

I doubt if anyone here can answer question 1. But there is a WL admin certification and a forum here that talks about how to earn it. You can check that out

Hi, It seems that you are planning to switchover from the coding stuffs to server administration. I appreciate your decision, Good luck. You have 3 years of experience in coding, now you can have a try for server technologies.

Now the next step is choosing the technology. What kind of technology you are looking for? Give some more details about your interest

As my experience in Java.So i am looking for sever side that is related to Java.I found there 2 servers that i can do my carrrer
1)Weblogic
2) Websphere

After reading forums my understanding is that weblogic is more ahead and requires less time to configure. So to learn weblogic where i can get training material and coaching for it in mumabi or pune?

Do companies considered me as a weblogic administrator if i do any international certification for it?

Thanks in advance
