I am 32 and I like dancing. Specially, when friends come over and we all drink a lot, I switch on my Bose and start shaking a leg.
Everybody does, no problem so far. However, my wife and friends tell me that I dance too wildly...like a teenager.
So, what exactly is age appropriate? Should I restrict myself just because people think its immature? Define immature.

Do you enjoy it? Does it hurt anyone?

I'd say dance however you want!

Hey, there is no problem for dancing...

But the biggest problem is taking of alcoholic drinks here.

So you will be able to solve the problem after leaving the alcoholic drinks... Believe me!

Sincerely,

Why not upload a video or two of you in action and we can judge better?

Good One.

Actually, that is a problem that is out there. Yes, as men, on a whole, we can't dance. And guess what, who cares what you look like? The time you are really dancing bad is only when you believe what other people say.

Remember that Friend's episode. You know "the one where Phoebe and Rachel go running" and Phoebe runs really weird so Rachel tries to not run with her, but then later realizes that she is being mean and then goes and runs exactly like Phoebe with her and realize, that while it might look funny, it still was lots of fun to do it that way.

Teenagers do not think of themselves as being immature or silly. So, in my opinion, if a way of dancing is silly and immature for you, then teenagers ought not be doing it either.

I'm so happy! And I wish to make this tiny ad happy too:
