how to develop email website using j2ee

heloo friends,, plea help me out how to develop an email website like yahoomail.com and gmail.com by using j2ee. and how to integrate the mail server with our j2ee application?

Open up an editor and start typing.

And you'll probably want to learn the JavaMail API.

i already know java mail api,,,, but while hosting your email website,,, how do we integrate with mail server,,, do we get the built in mail server on the hosting webserver or do have built our own mail server seperately

Setting up mail servers is independent of any web application, and certainly is not a Servlet issue. I've moved this post to a more appropriate location.

There are a number of freeware mail servers you cold check out, such as JAMES.

The answer "Start typing" is pretty close to the mark. Although you'll want to decide what you want the site to do, first. Did you have a specific question? If not, why don't you start developing until you get stuck? Then you will have a specific question, which somebody might be able to answer.
