Hello! Can anybody tell me can i have Java Server Faces technology for developing JSPs in Struts framework? As JSF is component based framework i can use it for development of JSPs. But i want to use struts actionservlets as contoller part. Can i do that ?

Vab,
Yes, you can use Struts as the controller and JSF as the view. In fact that is a recommended migration path for Struts users.

JSF + Tiles aspect of Struts is also cool(in that case u don't need to worry about learning curve specific to other parts of Struts)

Hi Vab,

I recommend you check out the Struts-Faces integration library. It allows you to integrate Struts and JSF in a single web application. Following is the link to the nightly builds of the library:

Inside the distributions you'll find a README file that contains all the info you need to get up and running.
