By the time new frameworks are released, the struts might have been well occupied by the web development market and since it is ongoing development I hope it would keep up to date with the new requirements. Any other framework wouldn't be that easy to dominate struts, which is the same case for java.

Sorry , I dont have any idea about Spring Framework
